• June 1st - Postmark date for Nomination forms to be mailed to the Secretary.
• June 1st - Postmark date for National Havana Show Bids to be mailed to the Secretary.
• June 1st - Deadline to suggest judges for the ballot.
• July 15th - Scholarship application deadline.
• June 30th - End of Sweepstakes year.
• July 1st - 15th - Ballots to be mailed to members.
• August 15th - Ballots received by the Election Committee.
• September 10th - Notification of election results to nominees.
